Grenada citizenship
Grenada offers fund, approved real estate and significant investment routes. Compare the options, costs and family criteria before applying.
Investment options
The National Transformation Fund (NTF) contribution starts at US$235,000 for the main applicant and up to three qualifying dependants, with special rules for certain relatives. An approved real estate investment may start at US$270,000 plus a US$50,000 government contribution; non-tourism projects have a US$350,000 minimum investment. Requirements differ by project and significant investment route.
Eligibility and family
The main applicant must be at least 18 and satisfy requirements including lawful source of funds and good character. Qualifying spouses, children, parents, grandparents or siblings may be included; check age, financial dependency and additional charges for each person.
Application process
Arrange and submit the application through approved agents. The authority conducts due diligence and arranges interviews or requests additional documents as required. Following approval in principle, complete the contribution or investment and remaining steps under official guidance.
Documents and costs
Common documents include passports, birth and marriage records, police and medical certificates, and evidence of assets and source of funds. Application, due diligence, interview, government and agent fees may be additional. Official publications may not be updated simultaneously, so confirm an itemised quote before paying.
After approval
For real estate or significant investment, verify project approval, holding periods, contracts and exit terms. Assess the impact on existing nationality, tax residence and travel rules separately for your circumstances.
Official guidance
Amounts were checked against official sources in November 2026 and may change. Confirm current rules and total costs before applying.
