Consultations and account assistance
Consultation and account assistance fees are payable before the appointment or start of work.
Staged payments for larger projects
Generally, 50% is due on signing, 30% when document preparation is complete, and 20% when the agreed pre-submission work is complete. Your agreement will confirm the milestones.
Third-party costs and taxes
Government, bank, broker, translation, notarisation and external professional fees are listed separately. Your quote will clarify applicable taxes and whether VAT is included. We disclose any referral commission in advance.
Cancellation and additional work
Your written agreement will explain the scope, included revisions or additional document rounds, charges for extra work and cancellation settlement, subject to applicable consumer cancellation rights.
Fees are charged for agreed stages of service; visa approval and account opening are not guaranteed. Any legal, immigration or tax services requiring authorisation are provided by appropriately qualified professionals, with fees and responsibilities confirmed in the written quote.
